Terms of Service
Last updated October 2026
These terms cover your use of this website and set out the general terms for the services of Automation Envoy ("we", "us"). By using this website, you agree to them.
Our services
We build, host and run websites and business automations for small businesses. The scope, price, timeline and any monthly fees for your project are set out in a written proposal or agreement between us. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.
Timeframes we mention, on this site or in conversation, are estimates. We do not guarantee any particular result, such as a number of calls, bookings, reviews, search rankings or revenue.
Using this website
The content on this website is general information about our services. It is not legal, financial or other professional advice. Please do not misuse the site, try to break or overload it, or copy its content or design for your own use.
What you own, and what we own
Unless your written agreement says otherwise, your domain name, your business content (such as your text, photos and logo) and your customers' information remain yours. You give us permission to use your content only as needed to build and run your services.
The designs, code, templates and systems we use to build and run websites and automations remain ours or our licensors'. We provide them to you as a service while you are a client; they are not sold or transferred to you.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and content you have the right to use.
- Make sure your business has any consent the law requires before we call, text or email your customers on your behalf, and follow the laws that apply to your business.
- Pay the fees in your agreement on time.
Third-party services
Our services rely on outside providers for things like hosting, domains, phone and text messaging, scheduling and payments. Their own terms apply to their part of the service, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes, though we will work to keep your services running.
Ending the service
How either of us can end the service, and any notice needed, is set out in your written agreement. When the service ends, we will help point your domain wherever you choose.
Disclaimers
This website and our services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not stated in your written agreement, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost business or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services the claim relates to.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
